Roof Nurse is a local family-owned, female majority-owned construction company with a focus on roofing replacement and repair as well as gutter replacement services.
Prior to April 2022, we were known as ADS Construction LLC, but rebranded as Roof Nurse, as we feel this name is a more accurate representation of who we are. We’re fully licensed, bonded and insured and have over 18 years of combined roofing replacement, repair and gutter replacement experience.

ROOF NURSE Clinical Evaluation
Did you know that just like human beings, the roofs over our heads need checkups from time to time? And just like how nurses know to check a patient’s Airway, Breathing and Circulation, or ABCs of CPR, Roof Nurse checks the ABCs of your roof.
Airway: A roof must have a way for air to move in and out of the attic or roof space. This prevents mold, mildew and other problems from affecting the structural integrity of the roof.
Breathing: Although roofs don’t “breathe” like people do, they do require cool, fresh air to flow in while warm, stale air “exhales” through things like attic vents, ridge vents and soffit vents.
Circulation: Air needs to be able to circulate in order to prevent moisture and mold from building up and causing health problems.If you’re concerned about the ABCs of your roof, contact ROOF NURSE today for a Clinical Evaluation!
ROOF NURSE Performance Report
Did you know that your roof can have aches and pains just as you do? The problem is, roofs can’t tell us when and where they hurt. Our Roof Nurse Performance Report will help identify any roof health challenges to help you plan your roof maintenance needs. Our report includes the following:
- Checking for leaks, torn shingles, dings & divots that can be caused by hail damage.
- “Nail pops” (Where a nail is backing out of a decking. This makes a shingle look like it is smiling.)
- Checks for pipe boot failure (possible leak at seal around vent pipe) and improper pipe boot installation.
- Evaluate dormers for leaks in the valleys and the flashing around dormers and dead walls.
- Evaluate Chimneys for the need of a cricket (water diverter) Chimney repair should be done by a qualified mason. If Roof Nurse identifies a challenge with the chimney other than the need for water diversion, we will provide pictures and a report that the homeowner can give to a qualified mason of their choice.
- Roof Nurse evaluates gutters for failure leading to backing up of water that might damage your roof, soffit or fascia.
ROOF NURSE Repair, Replace Or Clean Bill Of Health
Roof Nurse is very excited when we can provide the homeowner with a clean bill of health for their roof. When this is not possible Roof Nurse can provide the following:
- Repair roof leaks with matching shingles if they are still available on the market. Current available color selections may vary.
- Repair soffit and fascia that are failing or damaged. At times this is from animals or birds accessing your attic. While Roof Nurse can repair the damage done by animals or birds, we are not able to provide pest control services.
- Clean gutters, replace gutters and downspouts, provide gutter covers to prevent future clogging of gutters and downspouts.
